Format of Presentations

Each presenter will be given twenty [20] minutes for his/her/their presentation. The last ten [10] minute of each session will be shared by all presenters for a Q&A session.

In all presentation rooms, the following equipment will be provided by the conference organising committee:

  • An LCD Projector
  • A Screen
  • A Laptop (accepts only CD-ROMs, DVDs and USB Flash Drives & reads JPEG, MP3, .wav format files)
  • A Whiteboard
  • Marker pens

All presentations submitted must be in the form of Microsoft Powerpoint or Microsoft Document.  The slides and other files (pictures and audios) for presentations must be submitted to the Secretariat upon your registration on the seminar day.

Please take note that limited equipment such as a visualiser is NOT provided in the presentation room except upon prior reservation.  The organiser do not provide any photocopying and printing facilities.
